We have 3 handy search features available on the home page.
Firstly you can search by keywords. Simply write what it is you are looking for in the title page and hit search, and all relevant posts will be listed on the following page.
To search via categories choose one from the drop down menu, and all relevant posts will be listed on the following page.
You can also search with keywords and categories using your location. Place your postcode or place name in the location field, and this will only show the posts within your area. You can also radius search on the following page with your chosen distance from your location.
Once you have found what you are looking for, click on the add, where you will find more information and photos. You will be able to message the user through the website to discuss and arrange pick up. Alternatively you may be able contact them via a phone number.
Once logged in, click on Offer Your Stuff.
Firstly give you item a title, such as Pile of 50 Bricks. On the next page you can add some photos, and add a description for detail. It may be useful for users to know the approximate weight and dimensions of your item. Finally add your name, telephone number, and the approximate location of your item. We recommend using the postcode to give enough detail of where the item is placed.
Then submit, and that’s it! Your ad will be live.
If someone has sent you a message about your item you will receive a notification email, from where the message can be accessed. Discuss and arrange a pick up.
In the top right corner you can manage your account by clicking on your profile name. From here you can see, edit and remove your current ads, and see your ad history. You can also view any messages both received and sent.
You can edit your profile by clicking on the edit profile tab next to your profile picture. From here you can change your password, various personal details, and your profile picture. If you wish to change your email address you will have to delete your account and re-register with your new email address.
